Online Surveys on the LMU Server
The IfKW operates a survey server based on SoSci Survey at survey.ifkw.lmu.de. The server is physically located in the IfKW server room. Login is possible using your LMU campus ID.

Collection of personal data
If you wish to collect personal data via the server, you may need to create a processing description. The technical and organizational measures for securing personal data collected on the server will be available here by early 2022.
Regardless of the processing description, you must fulfill a number of information obligations when collecting personal data in accordance with the GDPR. It may also be necessary to obtain the consent of the respondents for the processing of their data. Please clarify the details with your local data protection coordinator (data protection contact persons, see Responsibilities and contact points for data protection issues).
